From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The shuttle bus that picked me up from the stop was a convenient and thoughtful touch. The hotel staff was always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The hotel facilities were clean, and the breakfast selection was impressive.

Staying close to nature while enjoying comfortable amenities is what makes this resort a hidden gem. the buffet, style breakfast and dinner offer a wide range of options, including Japanese and Western cuisine. the staff is welcoming and helpful, greeting you with a shuttle bus at the bus stop. Even though the Japanese, style rooms may be different from what we're used to, their beds and futons are a unique experience, perfect for immersing yourselves in Japanese culture. the onsen is another highlight of this resort, with indoor and outdoor areas where you can relax and enjoy the view.

Some guests may struggle with the language barrier as there is a limited availability of English, language channels.

We had a great stay at a peaceful hotel surrounded by nature! The onsen was relaxing and had both indoor and outdoor options. The food selection was amazing and we were impressed with the variety that was offered. The employees were helpful and friendly, and they even provided a shuttle service to and from the bus stop. The play area for children near the reception was an added bonus. We also enjoyed the walking trails nearby, giving us a chance to connect with nature.

There were no English language TV channels available, although this was not a huge issue for us during our stay. It would have been nice to have more international options available to watch.

Great service! The Japanese style room was very nice and comfortable. The onsen and sauna were great too. Excellent breakfast and dinner with a lot of choices. We loved the location and the beautiful viewpoint behind the hotel. a luxurious and comfortable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to families.

The room was a bit small for four people and we had to move things around to make space. the atmosphere of the resort was mainly geared towards older guests and families with children were scarce.
